Can't say I recall it raining as frequently as it has the last few weeks. One wave after another. Folks in TX are having a rough time. You'd think with all of modern technology and knowing rain is coming we could prevent deaths from flooding. Perhaps some just don't take warnings seriously. Sorry to see all that.
