I guess someone was not able to keep their civility under fire as I see we have been whitewashed again. There's been a prevailing attitude of permissiveness with everyone wearing their big boy pants but then apparently theres been some not-so-tolerant-of-others type dialogue and BAM! we are back to old jokes and sports talk. C'mon guys, try to keep it so we can all enjoy some adult conversation....E

I'm guiding some members through our sporting clays course, then gonna put them in stands for some hog hunting. It must be rough heading off to work at the sporting clays course and then spending the rest of the day hunting.
It is just horrible when work gets in the way of fishing, I am sure that the sarcasim comes thrue just a little!!

I've tried that angle before and believe it or not, I think they would like it that way. I, for one, like to mix it up and see everyone's POVs. I learn something more often than not even if it's not something I adopt for myself.

I totally agree with your first two sentences. As to your last statement I have some questions or clarifications.

Why is it if someone expresses views very similar to the likes of Rush or Ann they are a mindless unthinking disciples while someone that expresses views very much like Nancy, Harry or the joke commander in chief they then consider themselves as independent thinking and so much smarter than thou?

I know libs find it so difficult to give a reasoned explanation for the views they hold since those views are held with good intentions and the actual outcomes or results never seem to matter to the libs. I'm very used to questions going unanswered but maybe I'll be surprised someday with some reasons, explanations as to why an idea is a good one to advocate.
