Spam blocking

I was doing really good blocking spam for many years but sometime I must have visited a site that got me. Outside of changing my e-mail addy is there an easy way to start blocking some of this junk? I use Windows Live for E-mail

I've had zero problems since I went to Mac two or three years ago.

I use Yahoo and very rarely ever get spam. Most of the time, it goes to the spam or junk folder and I never see it.
