I like mine with a little Korean barbque sauce. I think it's called Bulgogi. Dashounds are particularly good.
Came across this from Big Green Egg cook site....some of these sound pretty tasty!! Like the Michigan dog and the Cleveland dog.

Just give me one of each and we'll call it lunch! Like mine with some good sweet coleslaw on it.
We were visiting friends in Ohio and they were having family over for a hot dog cook out. I was with them at the grocery and when they did not buy chili, I grabbed a can of chili(ugh) on the way out. They asked why and I said the only way I ever ate hot dogs in SC was with chili, onions and slaw (and a sliver of mustard).
Sure enough, check out the Carolina Dog.
One trick I learned was to put all the stuff on first and then the frank. Get more on it that way and it doesn't spill out as bad. It is lunch time and a new hot dog place just opened near me. Headed out now!

I had "real" Bulgogi (actual dog), when I was in Pusan, South Korea (US Army '69) ... but the mama-san made it like Ravioli. Wasn't bad, but not something I wanted to eat on a regular basis. Probably washed it down with OB Beer, which may have helped me get past the idea of it being real dog. Well, that and mama-san not telling me what the meat was ... until I was nearly finished eating.

Its always about food. I thought you were talkin 4 legged types. Any way I have loved every dog I ever had. They were all treated like children. Partial to Monkeys also.
