So sorry for your loss Danny. People that aren't dog people do NOT understand that losing a loving dog is like losing one of your kids! I lost my chocolate lab "Queenie" YEARS ago and still can't talk about it without crying. Prayers for you and Mae Danny!

Thanks John, she likes being held. Notice I used 2 hands. She is a wiggler. Two speeds, wide open and stop. Already love her. But still missing Tuie. Thought about her for an hour last night as I was trying to fall asleep. We had some awesome fun, she was so loving. But it was sad at the last couple days. It will get better. I just have to believe it.

Terribly sorry to hear of your loss. I still get sad seeing pictures of all our babies that have crossed the rainbow bridge, but I also have a ton of great memories of the joy they brought us. My wife and I are suckers for rescuing stray babies. I feel that we were put in their paths for a reason. Never have I regretted it, and never will we stop. There will always be heartbreak, but the happiness they bring for so many years is worth every tear. God bless y'all for providing a loving home and may you be blessed with the same happy memories.

Danny, ya got e looking for another yellow lab to rescue. Our Zoe was the best. Really a lifesaver for me at a time of war after returning from deployments to the Middle East. I adopted her at the right time for both Zoe and me. She rests in our backyard under the Zoe tree.
