We had one of those Lightening Bolts about 2 years ago Strike a Big Pine tree in the Neighbors Yard with a couple of zillion Megga Volts that boiled the sap and killed the tree. Hurricane winds blew most of the limbs out , now the high grass mixed in has made a Haven for skidters and Ticks. This morning when I woke up I found a Deer Tick under my Arm. I had Delma remover the Little nasty.... then use my AFTER BITE that I bought to Keep on Hand for things just like this --- It neutralizes the Toxins in stings and bites. I also keep one in my Tackle Box for those Giant wasp nests out in the trees in the lake. A Hundred Stings could take your life before getting off the lake to a Hospital...
I Miss Mr Bumble that passed a year and a half ago. He was a Miniature Dapple Dachshund that every dog feared. Bumble had learned to reach way down inside himself and contact that inner Wolf that sounded like it was something feared by all..... He led Choir practice till 5 more joined in and taught how to reach way down when needed --- Yesterday Dixie and Ted went to visit with Fishervet. Because I had learned that a Cough is a sign of an Enlarged Heart in Senior Dogs with Mr Mouse -- we caught Teds enlarged Heart early.. At 16 years old he has enough bad things affecting his health, catching something early was in his best interest. if Your Dog has a Cough and you care about its health -- get them to a good vet --- While we were on our road trip, the three at home with Delma ,, whined , cried , and held Choir Practice for 7 hours ---- Delma was ready for Pineville --- Heartburn on the road never gets better, Get an old Pill bottle and put some Baking soda in it or your favorite Antacid , and put it in your car - you will thank me for it later
