Default Yall get your mouths set

Made another trip to see Fishervet , this morning... Hundreds of Crawfish traps have been put out in the last few Days. The Hardwood trees in South La have started to bud.. Looks like a early spring

Can't wait, we start getting them up here in north Mississippi around March. One guy starts early in January, most his crawfish is small though and goes for $6.50 a pound cooked and $4.50 live. It levels off at around $5 a pound cooked and $3.50 live around end of March. Of course it never did get cheap last year, had a guy tell me cause a lot of the crawfish drowned due to high water. I thought he was pulling an old MS boys leg, they live in the water don't they?? Yall get your mouths setYall get your mouths set

    Hey Snubby,

    Ya need da app

The Crawfish App - Find the cheapest, closest, and highest rated crawfish

looks like there $2.50-$3.00 live around around Baton Rouge. The bugs now are pond crawfish. The price will drop after Easter and when the swamp bugs become available. HTH

Thanks for the info JR. I don't get going on the crawfish till about March. Like fishon said we got trees a blooming here too.. been an odd year that's a fact. Cant drive that far south to save a few dollars. If you ever get the inkling to come north bring a few sacks of bugs with ya. I put you on a sure nuff sac if I can! I sure do enjoy y'alls fish pictures and waterways down that way. I will get that app for sure, thanks!

Tubs right eye is healing nicely and the swelling has gone down. But his left eye that had just started the swelling got really bad quick... Tal had to change the medicine for the left eye . I took Mr Mouse for Tal to check -- His Kidneys had already shut down. The Iv of Saline made him comfortable and Mouse passed away at 7:30 PM when we got home... Ted looks like a RED EYED DEMON DOG ... HE loves to eat but I was not smart enough to see that his Obesity would cause the Diabetes, Cataracts and blindness. While getting seeds for the food plots I got some sugar Beets to plant with the clover. Sugar Beets are a super food and helps Stabilize Insulin and loaded with Anti-oxidents. when dogs get the same old thing all the time ,, adding sugar Beets and Carrots, food just gets more Intresting. Thanks for asking
