My “alarms”
Been checking water temp behind the house a couple feet under surface and it’s been ranging from 58-62.....
I usually use the flowers on the May haws (like above) as an alarm. My neighbor swears on the “coo” of some birds. There’s a few others whose alarms are kinda disturbing. But anywho, got me to thinking that there’s got to be a million diff alarms for people.

It has always been pecan trees budding for me! Never plant a garden until after they do! Interesting about the mayhaws though, I have 2 in my yard so I will pay closer attention to them now.
