Man Chip I would love to be sitting right next to ya. I love fires. We used to camp out for duck hunts and sit by the fire half the night. Would you believe I cannot have a fire in my yard unless it for cooking. I nearly got arrested a couple of years back. I was burning in a drum which was sitting on sand and I had a screen on top. The fire chief and 15 volunteers showed up with about 8 trucks including a hook and ladder. Unbelievable. He let me off with a warning since I had gone through the trouble of doing it the correct way even if it was illegal. He told me if he ever had to come back it would be hard on me.

P S Wednesday I plan on having the bib overalls bottoms and a jacket sitting on the front deck of my boat watching my jig poles. I will probably lite the Vogelzang boxwood stove when I wake up. P P G that is a picture of my wood eating dragon it takes @ 12 sticks of wood to get it started and woke up in that chair when the fire burned down. I too had a simular experience with the City of N O fire department, no open fires in the city limits.
