My problem is that I can never find the old parts I bought when it comes time to use them. Or, I find them right after I buy them again.
when you save something for years and suddenly you can put it to use...bought this pack of Igloo repair parts years ago at Academy and only used one of the lid latches....today I used a pair of the hinges on my 25 quart chest....just like new now and I have parts left...Monday I will try to dirty it up with some more sacs....

I used to pick up ice chests on the side of roads. Then I would salvage parts from them or repair them with salvaged parts if I could. Gave away quite a few of them, including my last salvaged one last month.
