    Default Shadows blackberry jelly

When we came down for the D'arbonne camp, Duane gave us some of his home made jelly. I broke into the blackberry this morning and, dang, that stuff is GOOD! Can't wait to try the mayhaw. Thanks again, Duane, you're all right.

I have a friend who is originally from somewhere around Ville Platte. He now lives in Farmington, New Mexico. They have a tremendous number of geese that winter along the Animas and San Juan Rivers. He takes the ones he and others kill and makes boudin out of them and let me tell you from personal experience; it is very, very good.

Those jellies Duane make are great. I have been known to trade Boudin for Walleye.
