    Default Dusted off the crawfish pot


    Purged, then boiled, and soaked for a little bit:

    Name: Boiled Crawfish.jpg Views: 1224 Size: 69.2 KB

    Finish them off streamed tight in a cooler for a while:

    Name: Steamed crawfish.jpg Views: 831 Size: 75.9 KB

    Pour them out along with some fresh sausage, red tators, corn, and onions:

    Brisket one weekend, crawfish the next. We put a hurt on a 40 lb. sack. You fellas aren't living right

    looking at your pics, went to heb and bought a 33lb sack for me and the ol'lady. did them the same as you and they were GREAT!!!!!
