Was a great day G. I look forwards to many adventures over at Sam's out door kitchen with the new smoke house. Peggy took some of the pork and folded it into an omelet for breakfast and it was amazin'. Try to imagine driving home with all that on the seat with ya.

Yea it's really nice all tongue and groove cypress. The old one got to the point where it was held together with furniture clamps and bungie cords. Course it was plywood 7 years old with thousands of hours of smoking. Sam is the local sausage guy where all local hunters bring deer to. Today he said he had 70 links of aunduille hanging and 150 lbs of sausage stuffed and waiting.
