My friends, what do you know about the crappie Fluke? crappie Fluke - Google Search

The reason I ask is because Janns Netcraft has a Do It Crappie Fluke tail only mold that is reasonably priced. Part 413-301

I am thinking the tail only would be about 1.5 " or so. I am thinking about just ordering that tail only, modifying slighty the front to round it more and using worm-n-chuck paint and a drill bit to put on some eyes. Would it be a good minnow immitation?



It could be dynamic on a 1/16th jig head.

I will wait about a month to read all the suggestions that come on this thread and perhaps I will order the tail only mold in a month or so and tinker with it. Still doing my homework on it and listening to all of you who are much wiser than me.

He is talking about a tail mold. Which would be half of the 2.5 I wonder if that’s a miss print from do it?
