Hello, I'm Harold, I joined a couple of years ago but have recently gotten back to crappie fishing and it's really fun. I've been fishing at a pond learning how to catch black crappie, and today I caught least 2 dozen and kept 6. I was casting a Berkley power minnow and slowly retrieving and had a blast. I've used live minnows and goldfish with success at this pond but nothing like today. I doubt I buy live bait again

Awesome. Sounds enjoyable. I see no need to buy live bait when you can catch them on artificial.
