Don't run those cranks with blue on them early in the morning on Highrock unless you want cats making a mess of your lines. Especially once the water gets hot.
Give a man a fish, feed him for a day.
Teach a man to fish, he'll sit in a boat and drink beer all day.

I pulled across one point on high rock last summer and had 4 nice cats hit 5 of my rods. What a mess

I've gotta try it! Sounds like fun even with the cats and mess.

Yes still fishing in the toon. Hit brush yesterday caught fish but a lot of lil ones. Started long lining jigs and start to catch so bigger fish. Still getting ready for cranks

Didn’t get to go today. Wife had other plans but off tomorrow so just hooked up the boat and loaded the cranks. Let y’all know how I do.

That’s awfully good water if that’s High Rock.

It is and the lake looked great. Still a little cool. Just 2 small crappie and 4 big cats. Biggest was probably 6 or 7 lbs.
