I caught this fish in the Meherrin River in Murfreesboro, NC. I only managed three crappie for the day but did catch a white perch, bream and some nice sized blue cats. My big boats motor is down for the count so I put my 10 foot Pelican pond boat in the river. I haven't been in there in years but it was a nice day. Snakes were definitely out. Saw plenty swimming in the water. They look fairly cool swimming under water on livescope.

My buddy caught one at Kerr in Grassy Creek a few weeks back. He thought I was giving him a line of BS on what it was... until he Goggled it and saw I was serious!
