It is slow till the water warms up mid day or so. Cool nights ahead.
They are also killing them on High Rock! even in very stained water in a foot or less of water done heard from too many reliable people 2 that live on high rock and if it's still happening Monday I'll be there as the old saying goes with, bells , I mean "jigs" on come Tuesday morning, I'd be there tomorrow if not for a doctor appointment, maybe get a little evening in on Norman tomorrow. I will say the few norman slabs that I've been able to catch only by the grace of my Lord and Savior Jesus Christ sure have been very tasty. Anyway guys go get your fill on crappie catching, eat a few release alot
And feed an older family that hasn't gotten to eat any lately. Heck that even makes an old grumpy man like me grin.Peace out and happy catching!

Tasty they are! Keep wetting the jig.

"Follow me and I will make you fishers of men" (Matthew 4:19)
They've been on the banks good for 2.5 weeks... just now starting to see them moving up through out the entire lake... certain pockets get fish on the bank as soon as water hits 53 every year
