There were some nice weigh-ins on Saturday. The top team was around 13.7 and 2nd close to 13.5. Big fish was about 2.4. I'm sure Rod will post the results soon.

Fished Harris Sunday, spent a good amount of time past the bridge fishing the creek. I definitely had the right idea, confirmed by fish finder, but no bites. Tried for bass and crappie. Spoke to a gentleman in another boat live scoping the same area, he said he could definitely see crappie but they just wouldn't bite. He said he had caught 20 in a different cover earlier in the morning.

Water was the consistency of chocolate milk, so yeah poor fishing conditions in White Oak. Left that and hit the sunny banks, water was warming nicely 57-58 degrees. Was hoping for a largemouth mama checking out the nursery but didn't get any takers, guess it wasn't time just yet.

Yet another day with no fish on Harris. Too many boats, too much rain, not enough cover. It will get better! I tell myself that all the time

Well, that's encouraging news for sure. I'll look forward to hearing more.

I don't have a clue y'all. I'm just going by what I've read. Threadfin don't move to spawning ( hard ground) what they say. They can come up from bottom, and get trapped. Is that true ( I don't know)

I heard just wed there was a bass tournament last sat and 1 3lb bass won. Some seem to think that they have sprayed a chemical to kill the grass in the water and that may be effecting it.
