That’s why I don’t fish the bridge it looks like a parking lot. I fish out in front of the bridge and catch just as many

North and east of the bridge the restricted area is around the intake for the Cary water supply, I think. Jordan Limit probably knows better. Am I right, Dennis?

Bill--on the north side just out from under the bridge, off towards the woods on the right is an intake pipe for Cary. It is no longer marked and way under water. Out a hundred yards or so is an area that is now off-limits. Not sure what is going on inside that area. It's too far away from the bridge and I've never caught any fish up that way.

Isn't that the area that is shallow as all get out? I remember years ago a guy in a mustang killed himself coming down Martha's chapel rd near where the pipe is. Said he was hauling tail when he hit the guard rail head on.never slowed for the stop sign

Might be a alien space landing zone. You'll know how the government is! Maybe where water from Cary is discharged. We have one in Cane creek off of Hwy 9 boat ramp in Lancaster SC. Water boils up in the middle of the creek. If you didn't see it you'd never know it was there.

Yea , I should have edited title, didn't mean under the bridge. Go under bridge north, and look to your right there's a building on the hill. The old 64 Hwy went to the left of that building. I don't know how much anyone knows about that area? Anyone with information please chime in, and share . My research of that area. Before u go under bridge to the left seaforth ramp. That was seaforth lake. Go under bridge and that was the town of seaforth , to the left of new hope river. Their is supposed to be 4-5-6 building foundation's, I've only found 1 and it just 2 sides. If u go under bridge and go left to the bank you'll see the old asphalt road (64) if u follow that road with DI an SI, you'll find 2 culvert, there is supposed to be railroad tussle bridge about 200-300-400 yards from the bank, but I can't find it. If u follow road towards the restricted area, the new hope river has a s-curve in it. There was a bridge their. Last 2 times we were mapping , there was a bumbblebee boat sitting there. So wasn't able to DI that bridge. Once u get over river ,we found 1 more building foundation. If u turn left SI two your right at 125 ft. and you'll see the stump field , if that's what it is.
Any info would be appreciated. THANKS
