    Default High Rock 12/23

Went to Flat Swamp for some “quarantining”. Water from s-curves out to the RR track was pretty muddy. Not bad from the s-curves back through the Pebble Beach bridge. Fish were not excited to see me. Caught 6, all had tails too close to their eyes. Fished randomly all over, but spent as much time riding and still learning my electronics as I did fishing.

Talked to a couple others and they had poor results too. Y’all must have known they would be tight lipped, as there were not many folks out. Nice, peaceful day, without too many fish interrupting

    Merry Christmas to all!

Hopefully it will clear up and get better. I'm ready for a road trip to HR myself. Out of all the fish that I've caught or were given to me in the last few years. I have never eaten a crappie out of HR. I hope 2021 will change that for me. As some of you know, Ms, Laura passed away and I'll have to find someone else to take the fish. But until then I will have to try a couple fish for myself. LOL Merry Christmas!!!
