Question for big time crappie fishermen ? When water gets that high and muddy , do y'all even try to pull -push baits ? If so , is black color better ?
Wow, here we go again !!!!
First covid-19 , missed spawn, then rain rain lake up to top of ramps. Finally Sunday was at 217 at Jordan.
Fish had moved back in 10-12 ft. on brush to feed.
Now rain rain again, dang it can't get a break!!

I like Darker colors in muddy water.
I usually use orange, pink or white in that water up towards Jordan and Falls when they get muddy. Down here in the darker waters of the coastal rivers i go with darker colored jigs. Also will use more jig heads with blades (like a road runner).
