Default Motor Guide Trolling Motor Repair

Does anyone know who works on Motor Guide Trolling motors? I live in Wilkes but could take it a few miles if needed.

I THINK Triangle Trolling Motor in Raleigh is Certified. Look him up and give him a call. He's done good by me for my Minn Kota.

OK, just a little update, I do appreciate you responding Redboat. I am not very mechanically minded and usually have to have someone else to work on things for me. I watched probably 2 1/2 hours of Youtube videos but none of them showed how to get the gear off the top of the motor. I kept messing with it until it accidentally came off, then I thought I had broke it. It is hard for one person to see both ends of the shaft at the same time and push the foot pedal to see what's going on. I went to my buddy's and within 30 to 45 minutes we had it fixed. Now that I can see what was going on inside the shaft and head there was really nothing to it. I would not hesitate to tear one apart and put it back together now. I guess the only problem I see would be if it is too old to find parts for. Well anyway, All is well that ends well.
