Just my opinion but I think they will be in 15ft plus water. Heard several folks say and experienced myself that the weather has them a little confused. Some may have spawned but I am still catching fat mamas in deeper water.

Ramp was open this morning 7:30 , 6 already in water. Came back to ramp at 4:00 lot was almost full , not bad , but a few idiots. Haw river side a little stained, fished. Stinking creek not good, when to Robeson Creek water muddy. Went up to s-curve behind horseshoe island in 28' of water ,crappie were about 12-14 ft. Caught about 5 all 13" or better , spawned out. Wind got crazy and wasn't able to stay on fish. Moved to party cove , wind changed directions. Tried finding windlass coves not happening. Noticed overlook ramp was closed and looked like seaforth was closed to. Water temps.
    Stinking creek 64, robeson creek 65-66. Horseshoe s-curve 67-69. Party cove 69-70.

I was up in Stinking Creek Saturday afternoon. Couldn't get much to bite at all. Couldn't determine in they were shallow, deep or even not there. Wind was HORRIBLE! Nothing worse for fishing than when the wind picks up like that

There was a one guy in a Lund boat Sunday, spider rigging at mouth of stinking creek , near island. Don't know how he did.
