Anybody go today. Thought about taking wife to pull cranks in the morning if not too muddy and trashy.

Terrible out there. I started out in second creek. Only picked up a few. Thought I would go out to the main like and try. Bad idea! The main lake is mud orange and full of debris. Took the boat out and rode around to flat swamp. Picked up a few there scattered about. All of the brush piles that I have marked in both areas had lots of fish but they were all very small. All in all a very slow day. One of the worst I've had in quite some time. I thought it would be bad but my first chance to go in a while so I risked it. Still better than sitting home. Good luck if you decide to try it. Let's us know what happens.

Went today. 4 or 5 mud lines. After the last one came through, it was horrible. Abbott's is clear but I don't know for how long. I should have went to Buddle creek. Even North Potts was a red mud hole. Trash upon trash. I would NOT go out at night in this unless you take it slow.

I'd go tomorrow if I could. Water temps are right. Abbott was clean and flat swamp almost always had fishable water.

I've never fished very far into Abbots creek. Thinking about going tomorrow and trying flat swamp first and then maybe jump over to the buddle creek area. Has anyone been on the water today with a report on those two areas?
