Great day
Had an awesome day on the water today with my wife and my 11 year old granddaughter we are raising. Didn’t catch big numbers of fish but some of what fish we did catch was really nice fish. I was put in charge of running the boat and the girls caught the fish. Just in case anybody decides to go fishing this week toward Baden or high rock you might want to call about minnows , hwy 49 bait store had none and said it might be Thursday before they could get any and maybe even Friday.

Good job jig! Took my daughter Monday. Like you didn’t catch many. She did hang into a monster cat on a 12’ rod with 6 lb line and little crappie jig. She fought it for almost 20 minutes and never moved it off the bottom. I am guessing 25 or 30 lber. She had a fit she it broke her off but I told her the odds were against her with that outfit.

Awesome day with family. Glad you found a few good ones, cause it seems like tough fishing during a full moon phase. Looks like a couple of good pic contenders for 2021 CDC calendar to me. It was a beautiful day on the water around here too.
I took the new boat out for the second leg of the break in period on the engine and loved every minute of it... even caught a few greenies.
