    Default NC BOAT RAMPS

Well it happened 6:00pm news Governor has closed all NC public boat ramps at all NC lakes, and rivers. I guess unless you live on the lakes and rivers no boating or fishing, curious how this goes over. I can see it to a point I guess, but next you won't be able to leave your house.

I wish it was an april fools joke. It was posted at the bottom of wsoc 6:00pm news cast tonight through out the entire news cast. I don't think they would post something like this as an april fools joke. Surely some other people seen it or have heard about it and will confirm also. I wish I was wrong.

That’s what I just looked up as well. Hopefully it stays that way and not more closings.

In doing the math... I simply don't see how everyone over-running the remaining open boat access ramps will last long before they are all closed.

This is amazing, but not unlike any springtime movement of water lovers to area lakes, rivers and beaches. I went for a ride to Shearon Harris Lake on Saturday and while it wasn't as bad as this pic... it wasn't too far behind it and I understand Jordan Lake Farrington Boat Ramp was chaotic too. I hate it for everyone, but total closures are surely forthcoming.

Sine it was WSOC out of Charlotte, could it have been talking about South Carolina closing their ramps?
