    Ramps right now are open and the letter from Roy Cooper says you can get out and exercise, even uses golf as an example. Surely if he thinks golfers need to get out us fishermen get a pass as well. I do have a concern that if the ramps stay packed like they were Sat that they may have to shut them down. Until then I'm going fishing.
