2020 BigEyeCrappieman Event on Jordan Lake NC. January 18. 2020.

The 2020 BigEyeCrappieman Series started off with a bang . Lots of new teams showed up . Lots of fish caught . The Lord held the rain off until due time . A spectacular day of fishing was in the making . The hard working fishing Team of Charles Ervin Henderson and Dennis Reynolds won the 1st Event of the 2020 Campaign. They weighed in 7 fish that top the scales at 12.210 lbs just beating out the 12.165 lbs weighed in by Indiana Native Cal Debiak and Florida Native Kevin Stacy . We prayed and thanked God for blessing the day. We prayed for our friend and fellow fishermen Bobby Whitlow Bobcats son who is very sick . We read from Gods Word from the Book of Exodus where God told the Israelites to kill a male lamb and place the Blood of The Lamb on the top and both sides of the door of their house. So when the angel of death comes down and goes through the land to bring judgment on the first born of Egypt he will see the blood of the lamb and pass over that house. Those without the blood all of the first born in those houses would die . We talked about how The angel didn’t look to see who was in the house . (He knew who was in there ) the angel look at the blood. He didn’t bring judgement on those homes who had the blood of the lamb on it . God was giving a preview of what was to come . For through those people He would deliver from Egypt He would send His own son . Who would be His Lamb . His lamb the lamb of God would die for all the sins of the world. His blood if put on your heart . His blood if you accept it is the gift of Salvation . For not only did He die but was raised from the dead . If we believe He died and rose again Shed his own blood for us . When we die here Take our last breath. God will raise us up again to live with him forever. I hope When that time comes God will not see your sins but will see the blood of His only son in your heart and death will pass over your soul . For only those with the blood will live . Big Fish of the Day was caught by the team of Michael Pruitt and Johnathan Wilson - weighed in at 2.145 lbs . A real beautiful fish . It showed the perfect handy work of our God who created it. Congratulations on a great fish .
