Default Are Any of These Crappie on Badin?

Had a difficult time on Badin yesterday in the FTC's tournament. Went on Black Friday to prefish and found a hump with a point nearby holding good fish. Caught a number of crappie and decided to leave them alone. Went back yesterday morning and they were gone. When it got bright enough, realized the water was muddy and was about five degrees colder then the rest of the lake.

Went to another cove and found the most bait I have ever seen on Badin, but could not get a single crappie to bite. We tried tight-lining, long-lining--didn't matter. Found that the fish deep were perch and we caught way more of them then I care to wind in. Caught a bluegill, catfish, four bass and a 22-inch striper. Just could not get a crappie to bite.

Okay you guys that fish Badin a lot--help me with some of the screenshots below. If I saw these shots on Jordan, I know they would be crappie. Could not figure out what was happening yesterday because these individual fish should be crappie. Any ideas?

It looks to me, that, they were not biting. Shad holding over one tree, but no larger fish with them.

Forgot to add this screenshot--never seen this many shad on Badin, but glad to see it. This area is where we caught the largemouth bass and striper.

Pretty shots. I've never fished there but I would "assume" most of the crappie are holding in shallower water that what you were fishing. Hopefully someone who fishes there will chime in.

You have to forget about jordan when you go elsewhere, jordan will spoil you! Didn’t see y’all at the wieghin, can’t tell ya what’s what on the screen but I can see how ya thought they were crappie, in that one shot it looks like the fish are all pointed straight up, odd, usually if there gonna bite it doesn’t take to long, if they don’t move on, trying to force feed a fish is an exercise in futility

We left the weigh-in early. We had a place with good crappie, but the Badin curse got us one more time.
