We used to regularly catch 20plus pound cats and small stripers at the base of the dam on the upper end. Since I bought a place on clarks hill, I haven't been there in a few years.
If you go, be careful. There's lotsa giant prop eatin boulders up there!
There's also a bunch of new fish attractors in the lake. I'd be sure to check them out too.
