blewett falls update

Decided to try Blewett Falls today. Been a while since I fished it. Put out my 8 poles to pull some jigs and less than 10 minutes later got my best of the year. He weighed in at 1.8 lbs. Thought this is going to be a great day. 4 hours later only had a couple of dinks so let him go.

Nice fish. Cool off you too let it go. I've never fished Blewett Falls. I'd rather drive the 106 miles to fish High Rock. ¯\_(?)_/¯. Thinking about trying a few cranks again this Tuesday. With this hot weather back again I'm figuring they're still out in the main lake and hopefully biting.

That’s like me tev. I would rather fish wateree than anywhere, but it is over 1.5 hours one way.
