Wow! How did this sneak through? In state license will go from 20 to 25$! How about giving us something back? Like lowering (or graduating the required age for senior lifetime license?!)

gobbler I just wish everyone would take care of what we have. They built a nice new landing with bathrooms trashcans etc. at the Norwood landing and the 24-27 landing on Tillery. People throw their trashbags from their house out. Dump things such as cups in the toilets. I even walked in the bathroom a few weeks ago and someone had did number 2 in the urinal and all over the floor. If you have something nice someone will come along and ruin it.

I think there should be a ramp useage permit which would be covered by fishing license. This would require anyone using the facilities to buy a permit or a fishing license. we are paying the bill for the pleasure boats,paddle boards, kyaks and anything else that people use the lakes for.

As long as the increases are used for a good purpose, I am for it. They have been doing surveys here in TN & MS for the feelings from people about raising fees!
