    Mac, I think if you can get hook in the water you'll catch something. I've only been a few times but got on fish each time. We were minnow fishing for Operation North State

    I fish randleman quite a bit when I have time and all I ever fish with are jigs either long lining or casting, it is a very productive lake with some nice crappie in it. Have never tried cranks but would imagine you would catch fish with them also. Last time I went was last week of June we fished two mornings from 6:00 to 11:00 first day we boated 65 and second day 83 not all fish were keepers but I would guess they averaged 9”.     0ver 80 water temp I fish Randleman a lot I used crank baits pulling 6 last time I fish was two weeks ago
