    Question Jordan or Harris?

Hello all, I am going to either Jordan or Harris this Tuesday and wanted some advice. I am fishing for Crappie, but I will also target gills...aka bream, with that being said which lake is the better choice? I have fished Jordan once and never been in Harris. I live in the Ft. Bragg area and it is the same distance to either water for me. Where is a good place to put in (on either lake) I have a pro Crappie 175 boat with a 50hp on it. Any areas I should concentrate on or recommendations? Much thanks in advance.

I'm going to Jordan Tuesday. I only fish for crappie. I've got a pro team 185 special edition if you see me stop by and say hello if you come to Jordan

Reports from both lakes are reporting good fishing. Spawn is over so majority of fish will be off the banks. At Harris look for fish in 10-13 feet of water - just about anywhere in that depth range will hold fish. The water stratifies this time of year, no oxygen past approximately 15ft, so no need to fish deeper than that. Don't know much about Jordan I don't fish there very often.

Fished Harris Saturday. Did well on crappie in about 10 ft of water near some brush using live minnows. Caught 25 of which several were over a pound with one right at 2 pounds. Also hooked into 4 kitties also and a few white perch. Did well right up to about 12:30-1:00 when the pleasure boaters decided to take over......
