    Thank you everyone with your suggestions.I have Decided to go with the autocraft platinum AGM batteries. This sight is always very helpful and friendly thank you again everyone

    I run a Wal-Mart Group 29 battery, runs the 40lb. Minn Kota and the fish finder all day. And I keep it on a maint. charger when not on the water.

    Is the Ever Start a deep cycle, dual purpose or starting battery? I was looking at it and thought it was starting

    Deep cycle. Honestly all could work but deep cycle u could last 8+ hour ez. I used my battery for 3 hour and got home it still has 70 percent left.
