    Default Lake Norman crappie,3-19-19

Put 75 crappie in the boat today, fishing docks, shooting and vertical jigging, water temp 54 to 56 when we left.....yes,I can still catch a crappie.
Most were 10 to 14 inches. We had a good day!

    Thanks for the report.
Was the water choppy? I’m not used to Norman yet. Every time I try Norman the waves are frustrating. I have a 17.5 Bass Tracker and that lake keeps me hugging the shoreline. How do you approach it?

There was never any doubt in mind that you could still get 'em CBNC. Nice work, as usual.

All most white capping at times, the main lake was ruff, but I went back up in mountain creek trying to get a break from the wind, I have a 18.5 deep V,it can handle the ruff water but I dont like the ruff water! makes boat control hard in that wind when your using the trolling motor to work around docks and try not to hit them!
Thanks Chadillac thanked you for this post

🤣 there is always that 1 person that chimes in!
I can vouch for CB. He is one of those who does his fair share of C/R and keeps enough for a few dinners!
    Good going CB. Earned it!
