It may seem a little early but you know how time flys. After a long soggy winter we are planning our WylieSpringFest again. Will be at Ebenezer Park again. And this time we do have the big shelter locked in. Our scheduled date will be Sat. April 13. Rain date to be picked later. All C.D.C. members ,family ,and friends are welcome. As always this is a family oriented event. So bring your kids ,your bride or hubby, and friends. Even girlfriends or boyfriends welcome. We would like to see lots of young fisher persons. They are our future. We will have a prize box for everyone that fishes and maybe a few more. The kids will be up to age 13. If we have a bunch we can split that into different age groups as needed. The menu is for hot dogs, hamburgers, and barbeque. We will be asking for some help on things as time gets near. And dont forget the donation jar is always open. Any prizes or funds are always welcome. So lets mark our calenders and be ready to fish and have fun. Blast off will be at 7:00 a.m. or safelight . Weigh in will begin at 1:30 p.m. Must be at ramp before weigh in to qualify by 1:00 p.m. You must sign in before blast off. We will ask for a phone number in case we need to get in contact. You can have it back after you hit land again. Livewell check at sign in. ALL PERSONS ON YOUR BOAT MUST HAVE A PFD ! Your crew is responsible for proper license on Wylie. You can fish in S.C or N.C . Looking forward to having a good time. I hope everyone can attend and enjoy the pleasure of meeting the new faces as well as some of us old Dawgg's. Please get your plans in order and come on over to Lake Wylie. If you want to camp at the park PLEASE! book early in advance. The park stays fairly full all year and especially around Easter weekend. The Ebenezer Park address can be Googled for any information you may need. Map, rules and park hours can be found online. Bait can be bought at the Riverside Mini Mart on Mount Gallant Road, It is just before the exit to Ebenezer Park Rd. I will assist in your questions best as possible so don't be shy to ask. Every year I offer my yard for parking and will offer it to anyone that wants to stay in a hotel. I am only 15 minutes from I-77 hotels and about the same to Ebenezer Park from my house both directions being straight shots to and from.
Lets get it going and have a good time. Pm any questions and I'll get you an answer.

Had a couple questions so far and the answer is: There is no entry fee for our event. This is a free event to all C.C members, family, friends and is open to all C.C members from any board that wishes to travel. We do ask for donations to be offered for the meal and anything you wish to give to the gift box, the donation jar will be on one of the tables. Any monetary funds offered in advance you will need to PM ofishlbizzness for his preference of payment. CrappieKidd will be making maps available for anyone that needs information on Lake Wylie. Very helpful item to have! If anyone needs a seat or partner please post it early enough to get things lined up between parties involved. My yard is available to park in as always anytime!
