Let's do High Rock first then go to Cane Creek lake. We can long line and see what's biting.

It's a small lake, I mostly troll , there are some fish attractor out. The lake isn't deep maybe 30ft near the damp and gets real shallow near the creek at the head water. Bearclaw is the master there, he taught me what little I know.. summer time I always do good from opening till about 11 then it's too hot.
I'm up for a trip anytime. I need to get my toon I the water it's been 3 months. Need to make sure it's still under the cover

This lake used to be a trophy bass lake 18" minimum then they just died off now crappie fishing seems to be the thing.
There is a large shelter at the launch ramp if We'd need it. I get a discount to rent

Just make sure it’s before March 10. That’s about when they start back charging $8 a boat

Quite a few kayaks. Don’t see skiers or jet ski very often

Looks like a nice lake. Guess that will be another road trip soon ! What are the limits on crappie there? And can you use minnows or all artificial?
