    Default Falls lake and Eno

I guess we didn't get enough of the cold Saturday on Harris. So Mike and I left out at lunch headed to Ledge Rock landing on Falls. Went to a popular spot out of the wind and marked tons of bait and fish, but they had lockjaw. The water was muddy and I think they are still pulling water because there seemed to be current. After 2 hours without a bite we loaded up and went to check the Eno. Water was super trashy and swift, but there were 3 trailers in the parking lot so someone decided to try it. I saw a good size log float past the ramp and decided to pass. I pray for a month with out rain.

Just get him on, then we'll worry about getting him in!

I’ve fished falls lake in the bitter cold a few times the last few weeks and found the same. Marked a ton of bait balls and fish on structure, but no bites. Tried artificial as well as live bait. Old timers are saying we need clean water. It’ll settle in a month or so.

if we can not get some rain for a while. Went to beaver dam area Sunday and it was chocolate milk. Some fish were popping surface but couldn't get a bite on a jig
