I'm not sure status of Monks but you can check with Grizzly Jigs. They might have what you need.

I have not herd anything as well but I do highly recommend Grizzly jig company. They have just about all monk had. Prices and shipping are very good as well

I miss monk too. Taught me tons about trolling on jordan. I used to drive all the way down to liberty for gear and to have the opportunity to chat with him. Good man.
Great tackle too. The year the earthquake pushed all the crappie up on the riprap rocks I must have caught 1000 good crappie on a 2” John deer green “monks minnows” I never would have bought those off the rack, but he insisted and was right. Those things slay fish. I think you can troll slower than a curly tail and get good action.

I drove down there from Youngsville once a year and stocked up. Always had a list but always bought what he suggested-- John Deere green was and still is a winner !!!
