    Fished today and the Monk's Minnow soft plastic out-caught everything else probably 5 to 1. Might have been ever better. Whoever buys Monk's business, I hope they can continue to custom make the Monk's Minnow. Monk had a number of things custom-made and this was one of the best.

    Monk's 3 inch minnow, by Kalin's, is available in 12 of Kalin's most popular Tripple Threat colors. This type bait was originally produced in Florida several years ago by Lakeland Lures as a Swirl Tail Minnow. Tried and proven to catch Crappie! Rig tail up or tail down, It still has great tail action slow or fast. A 1/16 OZ jig head with #4 hook is ideal.---MONK

    I hope some one will keep it going too, Thats where I got most of my plastic grubs from. keep us informed on what happens.

    Monk passed away earlier this year. That's why Monk's Crappie is for sale.
