lost my brother
hi guys not been on here in a while though I would let you know I lost my brother last week he was my fishing buddy,best friend and a great brother to me we were together every weekend and fishing was our passion need your pryers for my mom & dad their in their 80's and really hurting. As for me I have to find a way to go on but my heart is ripped out and I cant even look at my boat just hurts to bad. So we need your to pray that my family can get through this. Sorry if I misspelled some words hard to see through the tears. Ricky I miss you brother love you.

Friend, a lot of times we don't understand why things happen. I am reading a great book by Mark Batterson called Drawing Circles. He points out that as we pray to ask GOD to bring us through our valleys, our troubles instead of removing us from our situation. We may miss exactly what HE is trying to teach us or prepare us for if we don't come through our sorrows. I will pray for you and your parents. Praying for you and your parents . The time will come when you can look at your boat and smile BIG, thinking of all the memories you have of the fishing trips. I've got an old mustang drag car that was my pops, it's been setting in the shop for about 6 years, I look at it and still have fond memories of pop under the hood and behind the wheel.

Sorry for your lost, my Dad is getting old and can't really go much anymore, so I know your pain, just remember the good times and all the fun, nobody can ever take that away, fishing is for making friends and memories, not money like the sport has become
