    Default High Rock 3/16

Decided to fight the wind this afternoon since this will probably be my last trip for about 2 weeks as work has got beyond busy, got a lot of stuff to do and will be in & out of town next week. Caught about a dozen crappie 3 were keepers 2 of which were right at 10". The wind finally died down and the bite was much better. All keepers donated to Hill's. Water temp 54* and water had a bit of stain but definately fishable.

I was out yesterday afternoon as well...main lake was 54.2 -54.7 degrees but was able to find some water from 56 to 58 degrees and those were the productive areas...just short 100-150 yard stretches...we managed 16 keepers for the afternoon with all of them being over 9 inches...and plum full of eggs

It'll be here and gone before you know it... Looks like the lakes has come up right at the best time. It won't take long. It might even be on before the end of the month.

Thanks for the info man. I appreciate it.

I wish I could get in on it. Been having some dizziness issue the last few months. Getting better but my wife won't let me out of the house with the boat behind my truck. Might have to sneak out.

Hows the bass fishing going? Seen any early bedders yet?
