    Default Flat Swamp ramp closed


    Does anyone know why?

    Are you sure the ramp is closed or is it just the old parking lot? They were going to close the old parking area and move the new lot to the top of the hill. The new entrance is almost across from Flat Swamp Road. You will enter there drive down to launch your boat and then park in the new lot and walk via the steps to your boat.

    Thats what I am thinking to....I was by there Thursday and it seems like there was a truck and trailer in the old lot...and a big rock blocking the new entrance. So, I am guessing the new part opened up.

    Maybe I misunderstood. There was a new gate between the old parking lot and the ramp. I thought the sign said the ramp was closed for the summer?
