    Read on and contact your reps. New York Lawmakers Consider Ban on Fishing & Hunting Tournaments.

    The bill is in the committee so all fishermen in NY needs to contact their reps and congressmen ASAP to kill this or it’s liable to get passed.

    I dont,t think it will ever happen. The Bassmasters have 3 Big tournaments in NY this year alone. Your talking Big money in the economy.

    Never happen just like banning firearms will never happen. But thing I would wish is for some tourney anglers to be more considerate of small boat anglers. Seems some look down on anglers fishing from a rowboat , cutting them off from shorelines not far ahead and boat wakes. I used to fish tournaments from my bass boat and was always considerate. Good thing the majority aren't ******.
