    Nice deer.
Give a man a fish, feed him for a day.
Teach a man to fish, he'll sit in a boat and drink beer all day.

Just saw this thread and thought I'd add one from the second day of the season.

Skylar has gotten a lot braver than I am....

One of our recent rabbit hunts.....

After she kicked it up from a briar parch, she shot it with her .410. After that she cleaned it, washed it, she fried it for our supper...along with some deer meat..

She is growing up, got her a telephone now, I don't know how long I can hold her interest with hunting. She actually wanted to go to the mall yesterday instead of rabbit hunting and set some snares for beavers. I am gonna be a sad old pop when that happens.
