Gary Gary Gary!!! You should know by now that is a big bass lake. So it never takes a 2+ lb average to win a tournament and it never takes a fish that weighs 3.14 lbs to win big fish down there. Just giant largemouth and so many trees that its way to treacherous to navigate.

Nope no crappie in that lake. If you like Truman timber fishing you would love that lake.

There will be days when the fishing is better than one's most optimistic forecast, others when it is far worse. Either is a gain over just staying home.

With the rain/ice falling out of the sky and freezing to the vehicles today I am so ready to head south in the morning.
