    Heard from Debbie & JR (Hookin'&Cookin') that Vic[tor] Neece (known around these parts as vic n) died on New Year's Eve at 5:15pm from cancer.

    Those of us graybeards on crappie.com would remember him from our Burger n' Beer nights and our times on Smithville, as well as a lot of his posts on here.

    He hadn't posted since like 2016 or 2017, and I knew he had a lot of health problems.

    Those of you who joined crappie.com within the last 5 years or so missed out.

    He was a great guy and a terrific fisherman.

    Rest in peace, buddy. Scope out the honey holes and save us a spot in your boat for when we see you again on the other side!

    We're gonna want a report!
