Default Question for our Turkey hunters

My grandpa gave me this call in early 70's, used it until mid 80's then didn't do any turkey hunting since then. Still sounds pitch perfect with sharp clucks, even after one of my dogs chewed on it a bit a few years ago. Remember it came with a cassette for different calls, cassette long gone. Just wondering anybody still use these, probably ancient history now. LolName: 20220703_181951.jpg

Hard to beat a Lynch's Foolproof. Not telling how many gobblers fell victim to them

do not own a Lynch's but have several box calls, only use two on a regular basis, like the purr and cluck they make, but now you got me wanting a lynch's.....

Years ago the neighbor had a wild turkey in a pen. I used to sit by the window closest to the pen and crank up with that lynch's foolproof. That old tom would lose his mind.

    Hey Clownfish,
The Lynch 101 has been my favorite call since I started Turkey hunting in 1978. Have others but have always favored the 101. Lynch also has a “ World Champion “ model that I do not like nearly as well. When hunting there is always two model 101’s in my vest. Yes you get the idea, it is my favorite bar none.

Seems like forever since I have been turkey hunting, good memories from them days. I also tried several other calls, but always went back to the Lynch, first one I ever bought and still have.
